1 . Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

• Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
• Refunds: Full price plus standard delivery (£3.85). Express delivery refunds are limited to standard rate.

2. Exemptions

• Food items cannot be returned once the protective seal is broken (e.g., honey, olive oil). This is due to health and hygiene reasons.

3. Returns Process

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
• Refunds processed within14 days of receiving goods or proof of postage.

4. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

• Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty or misdescribed products are eligible for a full refund, including delivery costs, within 30 days of receipt.
