1. Agreement to Terms & Contract Formation

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Nina’s Greek Finest Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16749328), with registered address: 124 City Road, EC1V 2NX, London, United Kingdom.

  • Contract Formation: Your order is an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order prior to dispatch.

2. Eligibility & Safety Warnings

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • Honey Safety: Honey products are not suitable for infants under 12 months, in accordance with NHS guidance.

3. Products & Allergen Information

  • Ingredient & Allergen Labelling: All products include mandatory allergen information. You must always check the product label, which legally takes precedence over website descriptions.
  • Product Variations: Slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance are natural for artisanal Greek products.
  • Storage & Use: Follow any storage instructions on the label.

  • Prices: All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT and our standard delivery charge where applicable.
  • Payment: We accept payments via card or approved online payment processors.
  • Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to correct errors before a contract is formed.
